About Us Us

We are the Integral Development Institute dedicated to supporting personal growth emerging in Costa Rica and the world.

We were born in 2014 with a mission: to provide you with certifications, workshops, and inner growth events that exist internationally, but much closer to home.

We integrate into our approach the teachings of great exponents of classical and alternative therapies such as Bert Hellinger, Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, and Walter Riso, building a bridge of systemic wisdom for your well-being.

What is a Family Constellation?

It is a systemic method that reveals the invisible threads and unconscious bonds in the family system.

Through this technique, you can visualize patterns, invisible loyalties, blocks, or repetitive dynamics inherited (from illnesses and financial issues to relationship breakups) in order to understand their origin, honor your history, and free yourself from what is not yours to carry.

Co-Founder / Facilitator

James Evans Paniagua

I am a family facilitator with roots in Costa Rica and the United States, where I lived for 20 years, finding human development through my own experiences. That experience showed me something key: real distance is not measured in miles, but in how close or far you are from your family history. Upon returning, I co-founded the school with Karla.

Systemic Facilitator

Mariangel Guardiola Chaves

Psychologist, business administrator, and Access Bars®️ facilitator, passionate about human development, mental health, and personal transformation processes. Daughter of systemic facilitators and graduated in Family Constellations under the philosophy of Bert Hellinger. Neuro-Linguistic Programmer trained under Richard Bandler's school and diplomate in Bogotá with Owen Fitzpatrick in Therapeutic Storytelling. She integrates emotional, systemic, and consciousness tools to accompany processes of well-being, self-love, and integral growth.

Systemic Facilitator / NLP

Juan Pablo Guardiola Chaves

Specialist in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Family Constellations. His approach integrates systemic order with practical tools of assertive communication and human potential development to promote reconciliation and individual well-being.

Diploma in Family Constellations

Since 2014, we have trained qualified facilitators in Costa Rica, being the only center in the country in official alliance with CUDEC University of Mexico.

Our training awards a university diploma academically endorsed by Hellinger Sciencia of Germany (Bert and Sophie Hellinger), which certifies you as a qualified systemic facilitator globally.

  • Executive Modality: Intensive classes once a month during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
  • International Faculty: Classes taught in Costa Rica 100% by official CUDEC professors.
  • Real Practice: Over 200 hours of supervised practice open to the public as a representative.
  • Dual Requirement: Having previously constellated personal issues and completing the theoretical modules.
